A Day Filled with Irish Grub, Crazy Green Outfits and Beer on Draft
Tulalip, Washington — On St. Patrick’s Day, join Tulalip chefs Brent Clarkson of Cedars Cafe, Lil Miller of Eagles Buffet and the chef team at Blazing Paddles for some good old-fashioned fun. It’s an all-day affair to show off the green and hopefully draw a bit of Irish luck to find a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow on Tuesday, March 17.
Tulalip Resort Casino’s St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations:
Cedars Cafe will be serving a Slow Braised Corned Beef topped with a creamy Dijon mustard sauce, served with braised turnips and cabbage for $12.95 per person. The Cafe’s St. Patrick’s Day special will be offered from 11:00 a.m. onward, and the full menu is also available 24 hours a day. For additional dining information, visit Cedars Cafe.
Tulalip’s Blazing Paddles Stone-Fired Pizza and Spirits has taken
its Irish-inspired pizza to a whole new level with their St. Paddy’s
Day Reuben Pizza. It’s topped with a caraway
cream sauce, corned beef, Swiss cheese, house-made sauerkraut, sweet potatoes
and red onions, then baked in the stone-fired oven and finished with
a drizzle of house-made thousand island dressing.
“The U.S. began celebrating St. Patrick’s Day back in 1737 and those were some crazy, noisy parties, so the story goes. This is one of my favorite holidays to celebrate because it’s about having fun, letting your hair down and sharing a great time with friends and family alike,” says Executive Chef Perry Mascitti.
Eagles Buffet will showcase a traditional Irish Pork Stew filled with a decadent blend of tender pieces of pork, just the right amount of dark beer and spices to help everyone get their Irish Jig in motion. The Buffet will be open from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m., and its St. Patrick’s Day special will be available from 11 a.m. until closing.
Tuesday, March 17, is also the restaurant’s weekly Seafood Buffet, which starts at 4 p.m. and ends at 9:00 p.m. with seating on a first-come, first-served basis. The full menu, including the St. Patrick’s Day special, is priced at $28.95 per adult and $14 for children ages 2-10. For additional dining information, visit Eagles Buffet.
